And we’re bringing something especially important to us: the Kids Zone! ArmyBassAnglers will be helping introduce the next generation to fishing and the outdoors with our Kids Fishing Tank and BB Gun Range, giving families an interactive outdoor experience while some of the best professional anglers in the world compete for a record-setting purse. The Inaugural World Bass Championship World Bass Enterprises is bringing together 50 of the top professional anglers for a first-of-its-kind championship on Old Hickory Lake. The event features three days of tournament competition and a staggering $3.25 million total purse, including $1.25 million for the champion. But this event is designed to be much more than what happens on the water. Fans coming to Nashville will experience a massive outdoor expo, live entertainment, demonstrations, vendors, a fan festival and activities for the entire family. ArmyBassAnglers Kids Zone One of our biggest missions at ArmyBassAnglers has always been introducing young people to fishing, hunting and the outdoor lifestyle. A few minutes holding a fishing rod can turn into a lifelong passion for fishing and the outdoors. 🎯 BB Gun Range We’re also bringing the BB Gun Range, where kids can experience recreational shooting in a controlled environment while learning the fundamentals of safe and responsible participation. It’s another opportunity to introduce young people to outdoor traditions while making the experience fun and memorable. World Bass Enterprises is planning a full fan experience surrounding the championship, including a 150,000-square-foot outdoor expo and a three-day fan festival featuring kids activities, fishing, entertainment, food and more. Fifty anglers will compete through multiple rounds on Old Hickory Lake, with the field eventually narrowing to the final 15 competing for the championship.
