Fishing for Freedom

THANK YOU to all the corporate sponsors and individual contributors for making the 2007 Quality Bass Fishing for Freedom IV Tournament such a huge success. The (2) ArmyBassAngler Teams and their Warrior Anglers faired extremely well. The team of Francisco Soto, Cody Roberson & Brad Newman fishing from kayaks would finish in 4th place with a 2.97 lb fish. The team of Scott Metcalf, Don Bailey and Chris Bailey fishing from the newly unveiled Returning Heroes Home boat would finish 9th place weighing in a monster at 2.19 lbs lunker…:) Everyone who participated in the event had an incredible time fishing—thanks so much!

If your interested in being a sponsor, want to participate or just volunteering your time...we got great news. In 2008 ArmyBassAnglers will be assisting both Fishing for Freedom Events in Texas—the Fishing for Freedom event held for the Wounded Warriors on Choke Canyon & the Fishing for Freedom event held for all the soldiers returning who have served their country proudly on Belton Lake.
